Cameo Post: 2010 MET Costume Institute Gala. by Abdulla AlMulaifi

Stars lit up the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala last night, where some of the world’s most glamorous celebrated the opening of the museum’s latest style exhibit “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity.”

The MET Gala is my favorite non-awards red carpet event! The biggest stars show up and the latest dresses straight off the runway are worn. I included some of my favorite looks from last night (as well as a few disasters). You can see all the looks at this great site

I absolutely love Julie London. Her music is soothing and calm.

I can just imagine drinking coffee, and smoking a ciggie, with Julie in her prime .. Goodness gracious she was hot.
