When I first found this recipe I couldn’t help but laugh and shake my head. “No way will this ever work” was my first reaction!!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
2 Cups softened Vanilla Ice Cream
How?:
Put the ice cream and flour in a bowl. Let the ice cream get SUPER melty.
Mix the ingredients together.
Put liners in your muffin pan.
The batter will be pretty sticky, but use a tablespoon to scoop it in to the liners.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
TA-DA! That’s it. Think about it, it makes sense.
Just like magic, you’ll have muffins!

Oh, heck yeah, so gonna try this on the weekend! I thought using a cake mix with orange soda was a strange mix but this sounds like a winner, no matter if the muffins turn out or not!
