La Toya Jackson marked Halloween by stepping behind the counter at a West Hollywood milkshake store to serve customers. The late King of Pop’s sister teamed up with Millions of Milkshakes to create her own drink, which contains strawberries, raspberries, and caramel, topped with cream and chocolate.
